Central's character strength right now is "supporting others," so we took the opportunity to support our schoolmates while they practiced teamwork. Some tasks were tougher than they expected, but we encouraged and cheered for each other the whole time.

Mrs. Duguid's students work on writing persuasive essays that kids do or don't watch too much TV. Apparently there are lots of students that think they need to read, play or do chores more often. and watch less tv.

Congratulations to Central Elementary's Lego Club for their recognition at tonights board meeting. 24 students learned about engineering, worked hard, encountered problens, learned more, worked harder and succeeded in a fabtastic way with their First Lego Robotics league season.
